- Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Requests for damaged/defective products, delayed travel processing, visa denials, cancelled tours or other eligible service issues may be submitted within 3–6 months of the transaction, subject to verification and applicable terms.
- Product Refunds: Damaged or defective goods must be reported with supporting evidence, and approved refunds, replacements, or credits will be processed according to the nature of the damage and applicable shipping costs.
- Travel & Visa Refunds: Tour cancellations, visa delays, or visa refusals may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances, supplier/third-party charges, government fees, and non-refundable expenses incurred by the company.
- As per our official company agreement signed by both parties, damaged products or travel services may accept returns and refunds.
